Movement for every body

Taught by Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist Carol Robbins (64), these classes are geared to women 50-70+ at every fitness level.

About the course

Introducing a subscription movement membership designed to optimise the way you move your body. Utilising the principles of biomechanics and kinesiology, these movements restore natural movement patterns.  Led by experienced Nutritious Movement™ certified teacher, Carol Robbins (64), these classes cater to individuals at all fitness levels. Each exercise is modified and broken down when necessary, ensuring accessibility for all.

These classes improve movement variability, increasing movement options which allows you to navigate daily activities efficiently. We use simple props - a mat, half dome, yoga block, bolsters, blankets, chair, and a wall. Don't worry if you don't have them; common household items can easily substitute. Access a library of over 100 classes for the price of just one session at a traditional gym or studio.

Maximising your progress and potential with as many classes as you wish to take weekly.  A new class is uploaded every Thursday, ensuring your membership is a constant source of growth. Accessible via this user-friendly website or through a convenient mobile app, you can take your classes with you wherever life takes you.

"I am not exaggerating when I say that I have spent years and thousands of dollars trying to figure out my body. While each expert has given me some insights and improvements, you are connecting all those dots for me. You point out the cues, the bolstering (who else teaches that?) and I can get immediate results for reduced chronic pain and increased mobility. It is truly fascinating and honestly life changing and you make it simple to understand."

You have to remember to update your card when it is about to expire or your subscription will be affected.

What are the benefits of online classes?

My in-person practice could only reach people in my immediate community. Now people from all over the world attend classes. Going away, or feeling under the weather? No need to miss class since you are in your own home. There are even classes for low energy/sick days! Download the Zenler App to your phone/tablet and take classes with you on vacation or to the cottage and maintain your practice.

I'm currently not very fit/injured.

There are members at various stages of life and with a variety of health and fitness challenges. If you have a specific request, you can email or post it to the community and I will include it in my class for you to watch. Otherwise, each class includes modifications, bolstering and options for most exercises being taught.
Many classes address specific issues. This is your membership and I want it to serve your needs as best I can.

What do I need for the membership?

You will be moving in your own home so I suggest making a dedicated space for classes, with some room for a mat, space around you to move your arms and legs fully, a few items which you might already have (or can sub with common household items). We also use a wall often, so a wall free of art or furniture is helpful. Suggestions are also made for lifestyle changes that you are welcome to try such as hanging, using a squat platform, and minimal shoes (optional of course).
